The California Area Office of the Indian Health Service (IHS) and the California Indian Health Program (IHP), in collaboration with the Native American Alliance for Emergency Preparedness (NAAEP) is creating capacity among its health care providers across California's Indian Country, to respond appropriately to natural and man-made threats and health emergencies.
